Mayor Arman Dimaguila graces the awarding of certificate of completion to the first batch of 720 students under Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) Program. Students are set to receive Php 10,500 salary in their respective barangays. The said program is an initiative of PESO Biñan headed by Mr. Romualdo Garcia in partnership with DOLE. | May 20, 2021
