City of Biñan Holds First Ever Youth Art Exhibit

Grand Opening of AVC 19th SMM Asian Senior Women’s Volleyball Championship held at the Alonte Sports Arena, City of Biñan on August 09, 2017. PSL President Ramon Suzara has officially opened the league. Sec. Peter Cayetano was also present on behalf of DFA. Ceremonial toss was led by Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor Gel Alonte before the match, drawing loud cheers from the crowd. Fourteen countries are going to compete for the said championship including Australia, China, Hongkong, Japan, Iran, Korea, Kazakhstan, Maldives, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taipei, Vietnam and last but not the least, the Philippines. The Philippine national women’s volleyball team is eyeing on the championship and won against Hongkong on their first game with 3 sets straight. Congratulations Team Pilipinas!more photos
