Biñan City implements the Community- Based Monitoring System

April 28,2017- Around 200 city government employees Biñan, took their time to attend the seminar entitled “5S for Productivity and Safety Enhancement in the Workplace.” with Human Resources intervention. 5S is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri (sort), seiton (set in order), seiso (shine), seiketsu (standardize), and shitsuke (sustain); It was made in hopes of improving the productivity of the workers.
