Employees of the City Government of Biñan joined the 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on November 14. They conducted emergency response simulations, including “duck, cover, and hold” drills, and evacuation exercises to ensure readiness in the event of a real earthquake.
