Mayor GEL Alonte and Vice Mayor Dada Reyes spearheaded the Executive Legislative Agenda (ELA) Formulation of the City Government of Biรฑan held at the 2nd Floor of Biรฑan People’s Center.
“ELA serves as the blueprint that outlines the priorities of the administration in full alignment with the city’s vision and mission,” Mayor Alonte said.
The ELA, which is anchored on the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), focuses on five major development sectors: economic, social, environmental, physical/infrastructure, and institutional.
Through this process, the executive and legislative branches ensure that Biรฑanโs governance priorities are strategic, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of every Biรฑanense.
