Barangay Ganado was hailed as grand champion in the 3rd Inter-Barangay BIDA Dance Contest held at the Pavilion Mall Activity Center on June 26.
Meanwhile, Brgy. Tubigan and Brgy. Canlalay secured 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively. Brgy. Loma was named as Best in Costume.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Biรฑan City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), and the Peace and Order Council (POC) organized the event showcasing advocacy-driven performances promoting a drug-free community.
