Biรฑan City kicked off the National Disaster Resilience Month on July 1 with a series of activities led by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
The celebration started with a thanksgiving mass, motorcade, and culminated in a ceremony that gathered key responders and community stakeholders.
24 Barangay Emergency Response Units, Civil Society Organizations, DILG, BFP, BJMP, and PNP were among the participants of the activity.
