The City of Biรฑan has been honored as one of the Exemplar Local Government Units in the FY 2025 CALABARZON SubayBAYANI Awards, held on November 4 at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay City, Cavite.
This recognition affirms Biรฑan LGU’s commitment to good local infrastructure governance, particularly in ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the monitoring and reporting of Locally Funded Projects (LFPs) through the SubayBAYAN System.
The cityโs exemplary performance was spearheaded by City Engineer Wilfredo Alintanahin, Jr. and the Project Monitoring Committee, whose efforts upheld high standards in project documentation and implementation.
In addition to the cityโs achievement, CLGOO Lenie Bautista was also recognized as an Exemplar DILG Field Officer for her leadership and dedication to promoting good governance practices at the local level.
