The City Government of Biรฑan conducted its regular management review on January 12 at the Mayorโs Office.
Mayor Gel Alonte, Vice Mayor Dada Reyes, city officials, and department heads attended the activity. The activity aims to assess the overall performance of the local government, and ensure the effectiveness of its management systems in delivering quality public service.
During the meeting, key agenda focused on the review of management inputs, including the results of the internal audit, customer feedback and complaints, and the cityโs quality policy. The review also tackled management outputs and the priority plans and programs for 2026.
