Vice Mayor Jonalina ‘Dada’ Reyes presided the 7th City Council of Biñan on officially July 7 at the Rianzares Bautista Hall, marking the beginning of a new legislative term committed to service and good governance.

The session gathered all elected City Councilors, along with Mayor Angelo ‘Gel’ Alonte and Congressman Walfredo ‘Arman’ Dimaguila, Jr. who delivered their messages of support and solidarity.

Senator Bam Aquino graced the session as a guest speaker, while Vice Mayor Reyes delivered her inaugural address.

Meanwhile, Former Congresswoman Marlyn “Len” Alonte, Mayor Alonte, Congressman Dimaguila, and other former councilors — Alvin Garcia, Jay Souza, and Jigcy Pecaña were honored with Service Award in recognition of their longstanding contributions to the city’s development.
