Last April 5,2017, The City Human Resources Development Office (CHRDO) facilitated a seminar/ workshop on financial literacy entitled “Family Income Management for Women (HR Intervention)” at the Biñan People Center in the City Hall compound. Almost 200 single moms and female city employees attended the event. The workshop covered different topics that are vital to women and their role. Some of these are family income management, saving, etc. Through this seminar, the City of Biñan aims to uplift the lives of its women constituents.more photos
